You can easily change the size of the text, or magnify your screen through the ‘Settings’ menu of your web browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Look under ‘Preferences’ or ‘View’ to make the adjustments you need to clearly view the text on screen.

Sign Video

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can visit one of our branches in Northern Ireland where we now partner with Sign Video. Mental health support

Taking care of your mental health is very important, but we know there are times when you might be struggling. We also understand how challenging it can be to manage everyday tasks when you’re going through a tough time.

If you’re struggling with your mental health, it is important to consult your GP first, who will guide you towards the help and support available.

You can also find resources and support available online:

Money worries

We understand how important it is to keep up with your payments, but we also know that sometimes life isn’t that straightforward.

Also, if you know ahead of time that you’re going to miss a payment, or if you’ve already missed one and are working to catch up, please get in touch with us so we can help.

Here are some available resources that can help you with your finances:

Trusted alternative contact

  • If you find it hard to talk with us directly, for example, if you’re dealing with a bereavement or other challenging circumstances, you may prefer to nominate someone else to speak on your behalf about your policy. This is what we call a trusted alternative contact.

A trusted alternative contact will be authorised to discuss your claim or policy when needed. However, they won’t be able to cancel your policy, that’s something only you as the policyholder can do.

To nominate a trusted alternative contact, here’s the information we’ll need to get started:

    • Your full name
    • Your policy number
    • Your trusted contact’s name, date of birth, and contact details

Simply send us an email with the above to axaniadmin@axa.ie and we’ll help you set this up.

Need more help?

If we are made aware of any challenges you are facing, then we can ensure that you’re getting the right help when you need it. So, please do get in touch and let us know of any changes to your circumstances or difficulties you may be experiencing.
